One Trophy Job Interview Training: Because in real life,
only one person gets the trophy!

What is it?
One Trophy helps college students and recent graduates land the jobs they want by preparing them to interview successfully in today’s tough job market. Participants learn the ins and outs of professional presence and practice interviewing on-camera, opening their eyes to the importance of communication in standing out from their competition.

Why?
Today’s graduates are some of the smartest and most accomplished of their generation. However, growing up in a culture that relied on electronic communications, Mom and Dad, and the “everyone is a winner” attitude has compromised their communications skills and left some unprepared for the real world of business and making their own way.

Who are the trainers?
Mary Milla and Marta Rhyner have been executive public speaking coaches for 15 years. One Trophy is the result of many corporate clients expressing concern about “kids today” and their lack of communications skills and business etiquette. Marta lives and works in Chicago, Mary in Minneapolis.

About the Instructors
