An extraordinary evening of culinary storytelling—Taste of España—has officially sold out.

As part of our Art of Taste series at The Saint Paul Hotel, this intimate experience with Executive Chef Thomas Sandborgh invites guests on an eight-course journey through the bold, soulful flavors of Spain’s inland regions. Each dish, from handcrafted croquettas to Iberico pork, braised squab, and roasted suckling pig, reflects a deep connection to tradition, technique, and place—thoughtfully paired with Spanish wines and spirits to complete the experience.
