Celebrate the music, romance, and unforgettable dance moves of Dirty Dancing during a special edition of Dancing Under the Chandeliers at The Saint Paul Hotel. Inspired by Dirty Dancing: The Musical at the Ordway, this elegant evening combines swing dancing, live big band music, professional performances, and the timeless beauty of the historic Promenade Ballroom.
The evening begins with a complimentary swing dance lesson by The Dancers Studio from 6:30–7:00 PM. Designed for all experience levels, the lesson welcomes beginners and seasoned dancers alike—no partner necessary.
Following the lesson, professional dancers from The Dancers Studio will perform memorable choreography inspired by Dirty Dancing: The Musical at the Ordway, including the legendary lift and classic mambo that made the story a cultural phenomenon.
From 7:00–9:00 PM, enjoy live music by the acclaimed Westwind Swing Band, a traditional 17-piece big band performing the swing-era favorites that will keep the dance floor full all evening long.
