Join us for The Art of Taste: Flavors of Northern Greece on September 11th at 6:00 PM with The Saint Paul Hotel’s Executive Chef Thomas Sandborgh to experience an intimate eight-course dining journey inspired by the bold, rustic traditions of Northern Greek cuisine—where time-honored techniques and regional ingredients tell the story of generations.

From slow-roasted meats and wild herbs to artisanal cheeses, briny olives, and warming spices, each course reflects the depth and soul of Greece’s northern regions, shaped by both mountain heritage and coastal influence. Every dish is thoughtfully paired with regional wines and spirits designed to complement and elevate the experience.

Guests may choose between two curated dining experiences:

  1. Chef’s Tasting Menu: An eight-course culinary journey highlighting the essence of Northern Greece.
    Beverages available for purchase separately during dinner.
